PL Vaults, also known as IBDP leaks, is a scammer who operates in Telegram. He operates two scam services:

@plvaultsIB (formerly @plvaults): his main channel for announcements and leaks.
@plassessments: supposedly, writes your IAs or EE for you (false, it's a scam).

In case you're living under a rock, in May 2024 exam session, there was a huge scandal because exams got leaked on pirateIB Reddit. After they got banned, PL Vaults continued providing some of the remaining exams for free (possibly sourced from pirateIB's leakers).
However, in November 2024, this changed. He started charging money for the leaks, and after collecting enough money from people, he ended up giving everyone a piece of fake shit straight up from ChatGPT, with no justification whatsoever. Months later, he excused himself by claiming that "he was collecting money to prepare the 2025 session" (bullshit).

How could PL Vaults get away with such a scam so easily?

The answer is simple: because he charges way less money than previously exposed scammmers, who were charging hundreds for a single paper.
